无言MB鸡肉汉堡



看到论坛说实威对面新开的MB想说去吃吃看坐看看。。。和爱里生一起去点了几个单品当宵夜吃。。。由于底楼爆满,我们就上楼吃。。。楼梯超陡不好走,设计怪怪地。。。拿着餐盘差点被绊倒,难怪会帖温馨叮咛“小心步伐”晕~~
到 一楼,不约而同“哇~~”清洁悠闲清静。。。还有电视节目好看耶~~找了靠墙的座位坐下,超冷的。。。正对准着上头的冷气机,我们俩冷到发抖,换了靠窗位 子做。。。可是看不到电视节目了。。。心想没关系,美食当前专心享受。。。哪知。。。一打开MB包装纸,看看汉堡馅料。。。“我的天呀~~~!”才一小片 的鸡肉片夹带几小片的生菜和美奶芝。。。RM4.90++
想想倒不如自己加料多多的汉堡呐。。。

training at hotel more than 2 month lu~~

start from 29 July till now, i adi finish my train under 2 department at hotel...the two department are food and beverage(F&B) n culinary department...each of them hv their own stress and challege...
For F&B,u hv to face to every guest tat come to restaurant,greet them,fullfill their needs...the most challege for me is tat i hv to use international language-English as conversation between d foreigners becoz most of the guest came from foreign country like Australia, US, Turkey, England, New Zeanland n so on...as a server(waiter or waitress) u hv to be very friendly n talkative besides u hv to be very alert of the surrounding n the things happen round u,so tat u can take 1st action to fix or recover b4 the guests complaints...it is complicated n panic for me about the differences pronounciation >.<"
For Culinary, u hv to know every name of the item,kitchen equipment,ingredients, how to use,how to make, how to prevent,how to taste n so on....it is less stress than F&B as my opinion but as a trainer,i hv to overcome d nervous n challege due to the relations between chef tat working at here...coz not every person as nicer as a server...some of them will laughing while u confuse the ingredients, while u panic with differences items, blame u if u do something slowly...do wrong things n so on...they 4get tat im juz new trainee here...
next,i will keep going my training under housekepping department,i wish everything happen smoothly n easy overcome every trouble than F&B n Culinary...PLZ!>.<
